my thing is he planned his visit for a while so i'd think his transcripts came in before now and being bought and paid for maybe but i doubt it i'm just saying he was so close to the staff they would've known his academic qualifications before the day he arrives to the campus maybe i'm just being an optomist but i dont think its over yet
That's pure conjecture. We've had kids in the past who were all signed, sealed and delivered and their academic qualifications dragged on for months. Leslie Shepherd back in the late '80's comes to mind. Heck, we even had Dan Sileo in school for a year before we discovered that he was ineligible for his second year. We found out about that just before the '87 season started and had he played we never would have had that '87 NC. That's why I think Dan Sileo is one of the biggest idiots walking the face of the earth.
I doubt that the admissions office process has changed that much and there is still a lot of work to do in that office before we can take a kid, especially a JUCO. Over the years, admissions has killed a lot of kids. I wouldn't blame them. You can't talk about our school being superior to others and on the other hand complain when we have tougher admission standards. JUCOs are often a problem. They can be a real pain to get them in.
