B.Jackson Said Griffin Won't Be Eligible This Season, BUT...

Starting in 2014, I can't wait to give FSU a taste of the Kelvin Benjamin treatment they've been giving to everyone else. Then, when FSU get's inside the 5-10 yrd line against us, we roll out Big Griff to defend against the jump ball to Benjamin.


I don't believe Benjamin has been nearly as productive as one would expect, given his size advantage. Has all the tools, but still don't think he's put it together, at least not yet.

Meanwhile, UM has no idea if elite receiver/basketball player Derrick Griffin will ever play here. Griffin is at a prep school after failing to qualify academically and has said he hopes to enroll at Miami in December.

hopefully not accurate and they do know.

I'm surprised that somebody at UM is giving information about a recruit to the press, since he's not enrolled and the coaches are not supposed to mention PSA's (prospective student athletes) publicly. Only after they enroll, as I understand the NCAA rules.

Something isn't right here.
