You may remember Good received an offer a few weeks back and we had an interview on the site with him as well. He's risen a lot on UM's board at corner lately and they're bringing him in for this mid-week visit tomorrow. I'd keep an eye out for a possible commitment if the staff decides they're ready to take it.

But I digress. We need this guy to commit. Physical fast with length. Rumph will turn him into a monster.

Does he have much experience at cb? If not , I don’t get the “ get him to paradise to earn spot” thinking.

The staff probably views him as raw but love his unreal athletic ability , and good size for a cb.

He’s a great project imo, rs him and let Rumph do what does. Coach him up.

Pete, when are we getting The Work?

Yup. All the film is on offense, lol. This guy reminds me of Nigel Bethel last year (maybe not as fast but more physical) in that they are being projected mostly on athleticism. It shows Richt and Diaz think a lot about Rumph's ability to coach up athletic talent.

He's faster than Bethel (10.63 100m vs 10.80 100m) and has about 20-25 lbs on him. Just looking at pics of him, he's not a skinny project like Bethel, he's well put together.

Reminds me of CJ Henderson at the same stage honestly.

I agree with your post that it's really about projecting him and feeling like you can develop his technique. I'd hope they'd wait until Camp before taking his commit though. See how he looks in person, and no need to take him on 1st visit given the other offers he has now

He's probably a guy the staff thinks will blow up this off season/senior year with his measurables.

I always keep it real and as such, I don't get this one. They're just highlights, but that's a weak set of them. Yes, he's put up some great times in the track, but is that enough to legitimately offer him on? I don't see anything that says we need to rush this. Keep an eye on him and see what happens down the road.

He is from Lake Brantley (my alma mater), which is a very strong football program in Orlando. Some of you may remember Lake Brantley from being in the state championship against Northwestern a few years ago. The LB head coach is a guy I went to school with in middle school/high school, we used to play on the same Pop Warner team. I'll let you know what I hear.

This staff has shown an ability to identify kids before they become big time recruits. I’ll trust their evaluation on this one assuming we land him.
