First off this class was disappointing because the bar was set high. That said imo there’s talent in this class and a handful of good players that’ll find their way on the field early. On top of that all but 2-3 guys will be EE’s. Which means more talent will be infused in January. Imo SJ, Wiley , Lowe , Upshaw , Toney , Pringle and Schott all have a chance to have roles. Maybe even Scroggins. It’s not a **** class but there’s not many developmental spots as last year. With OL being the developmental spot this go round.

This class is just as good as the other preceding classes if not better.We took less players but had proportionally more 4 stars . So better bluechip ratio but lower ranking because we took less players. One also has to understand that the very highly paid 5 stars may not work as much if their only payday was the NFL.

One thing we need to see is more urgency. I respect Mario’s process at times but we can’t be dragging out staff changes and the portal. Thank god the Cam situation worked itself out but that was a dangerous game we played especially since Poff was a horrible eval

But anyway you get it. Teams have been tampering for a long time now and it’s gonna be a Black Friday Best Buy back in the day door opening scene

I wouldn’t be surprised if staff changes on defense weren’t made until February. Everything is a slow drawn out process.

I hope I’m wrong and Mario has a short list of defensive coordinators once the ball game and portal window closes.

I hope I’m wrong and Mario has a list of players ready if they jump into the portal. Players bank channeling information they will jump into the portal and interested in Miami.

Mario doesn’t seem like a guy not ready for situations. It just takes him a long time to make decisions. He overthinks everything.
