FWIW, I have a lot of trouble believing Garrett is only 275.

JJ Watt said he's 6'6" and played at 290 for reference.

I could definitely get down with that but part of me wants to see Bain get back to wrecking people off the edge like he did in year 1. I'm afraid if they move him inside it could have a negative effect on performance like it did with mesidor. Id love to see

And then heavy rotation at DE with guys like Blount, Lightfoot, McConathy, Lowe etc as they continue to develop. And then Moten, Horton, Jones on the interior... This is obviously assuming Scott takes a major step forward and is ready to start and live up to that 5 star ranking.

Moten has all the physical tools and i'm hoping he can take another step.

Not sure how much he weighs. But we have started to add guys who even when they weigh 260-280 they dont look at it. He may fall into that category.

Its unreal some of the guys in the NFL that are 290lbs but are so fit you'd think they are 235.

You can find pics or @JG14 probably has a hard drive full of them that make his panties moist.

I read where Abdul Carter from PSU was 250lbs! Based on what I saw in the CFP..there is no freakin' way that kid is 250! He looked 235lb tops. If he weighs in at 250 at the combine then **** he absolutely carries his weight well.

Right! He looks like a large Free Safety.

Insane what nutrition and S&C can do for some of these kids. Obviously different body types all over. I mean Big Vince looked like he should be seeing Dr. Now. Put some shoulder pads and a helmet on him though and he is a freak.

Saw this post on X from offseason work outs. Was surprised to see how trimmed down Blount looks. I always assumed he was going to grow into DT but it's looking like DE all the way. Hoping he can contribute this season. I know he graduated early so he's still a youngster.View attachment 317926

CIS always gets carried away with the comps lol. Plus it's a lot easier to remember HOF names than, say, Ufomba Kamalu.

I do think he start having impact in 2025, though his best years will be '26 and '27. D$ said on his last podcast that Blount is younger than Toney. Maybe we give him another season before worrying too much about his impact?
