It was a ball to Gil on the strike 3 call, but he has to swing the bat. Good enough pitch to hit if he was thinking right field, but I think he was just fooled guessing at the plate.

Looked like a strike to the ump (which counts), the announcers (who suck) and me (who knows very little. ) But too close to take especially at this stage.

We looked so good last weekend at the plate and today not so much. Most guys looke out of sorts at the plate not making good contact.

The umpire has been consistent. He called an outside pitch strike 3 for Rosario.

The bottom line is Gil didn't protect the plate with 2 strikes and runners on base.

We are just an average baseball team like most the others. Like a box of chocolates you just don't know what you are gonna get.

I could never be an AD because I would simply say you have 4 years to make it to the CWS. Gives you time to get your own players so no excuses. If not, next up. I just think there may be high school coaches in the Miami area that could produce better than what we have been witnessing for the past lost count on the seasons.

Now that I’m thinking about, this team really isn’t that unpredictable. We’ve won every conference series against teams with losing records in ACC play and lost every series against above .500 teams. The Florida series is really the only outlier.

Good to be aggressive. I'm usually complaing about the lack of agression, but our guys need to be aggressive in the strike zone. A lot of swings out of the zone today.
