This is where they had the BBQ last week. The coaches and recruits played corn-hole in the beach area. They had a DJ in the courtyard. Then they took the entire group into the new auditorium. Definitely an impressive facility.

You all call it corn hole???? **** we call it bags in Chicago. Any ringers down there at the BBQ?

Slightly off topic, but is Hecht tower still standing or was it demolished?

All 4 of the Towers will be knocked down once the other lakeside dorm is built.

The University of Miami’s Centennial Village, the second phase of a multi-year plan to modernize campus housing, will serve as a hallmark of the Coral Gables campus and support the University’s efforts to competitively recruit top academic and athletic talent.

This second phase begins with the complete replacement of Stanford Residential College followed by Hecht Residential College. Finally, the interior of Eaton Residential College will be completely renovated.

Centennial Village will continue the successful First-Year Experience program with live-in faculty as well as professional and student staff who support and enhance the freshman experience. In addition to double rooms and an increased offering of single rooms for a combined total of an estimated 2,100 students (inclusive of Eaton Residential College), the new residential colleges will feature centrally-located private bathrooms, shared resident lounges, and classrooms and learning hubs.

Additionally, Centennial Village will be positioned to take advantage of the many outdoor and programmatic elements of the Coral Gables campus surrounding Lake Osceola.

I run a league here where I live. We have games every Wed night and tourneys every Saturday. Stupid game has gotten huge. Last weekend I ran one at the casino and the 1st place team split $2,000 for a $50 team entry. Game is blowing up everywhere.

I call it bags as well, but our organization and flyers say "cornhole"

**** dude I'd be all over that. There's leagues all over the place here but they are during the week and it conflicts with hockey and softball. My buddy at work is in a couple leagues. He and our other friend are two of the best players I've ever seen. It's a ***** to shoot against them.
