@LibertyCity El What's your take on this staff when it comes to recruiting because I'm not feeling them. I mean I don't see that cut throat type of recruiter on this staff. I know Richt is trying to help mold these young kids into men but I'm telling you these South Florida parents don't care about that ****. These dudes out here baking cakes they need to find these kids handler and start breaking bread.

I'm tryna be as patient as I possibly can before I make too harsh of judgements...

I'm waiting til NSD to see how everything plays out, before I go ape sh*t lol...

Overall, they've made some moves I like & some I don't... I'm trusting their evaluations on what they see & want from certain players, but like I said there's a few prospects I wish they would go after that they're not for whatever reason.

I'm hoping like **** they close out strong with in home visits in January... I think this class is going to look drastically different come NSD & Idk how I'm supposed to feel about that.

I have to admit, the way we've recruited WR's & CB's for this class hasn't been impressive at all & I honestly wanted McClendon over Dugans anyway, but it's too late for that now. I just hope they have another gear they can go to & turn it up over the next few months.

I really like Coach Diaz, Kool & Banda as recruiters, they have what it takes to be the kind of homerun hitters we need to fight these battles down in South Florida... Coach Brown I like, I think he's a good recruiter, I hope he'll snag some big names over the years for us & if he can pull off landing Lingard & keeping him, he'll be a made man in my book.

If Coach Hartley can get McKitty back & snag in some of those 4-star 2018 TE's we're after, I'll forgive him completely for our f*ck ups on Special teams lol.

I'm gonna give this staff time, but they better get it ****in done.

But man, I'm not liking the fact that there's a legit possibility that we lose out on Donaldson and DJ Johnson along with not getting Smith and Holloman.

On Rumph, it's very telling that he can't get one kid from American Heritage over here. His coaching has been miles better than Paul Williams, but man would it be nice if he could land us some quality corners as I feel we have nothing but safeties outside of Bandy and Deejay.

People love praising banda but who has he landed? Amari carter is good but he really hasnt set the world on fire recruiting either.

Banda is literally the only reason we have any DB's left... Every DB we recruit (CB's included) is primarily targeted by Banda.

He's the one that keeps in contact with everyone & calls the recruits, he deals with them the most, if we land Collier & Brini, those will be Banda's gets... The 2018 DB's we're in line to get, that's all Banda.

3. Donaldson has said he's still solid to Miami, but his current Twitter pic is a Swamp17 edit & UF is pushing like crazy to flip him; gonna have to fight like **** to keep him.

Nah. The 2018 dbs liked miami before banda got here. We only have 3 dbs commited this year. Carter is solid but lets be real gibson had no where to go better than miami. Banda or rumph didnt get bandy because he always wanted to be here. **** banda just lost edwards. Rumph would have caught **** for that.

Banda is all hype right now. I dont care how many recruits mention him because he isnt landing them. **** recruits say rumph is a cool guy but he still gets **** from the fanbase for not landing dudes and i think its time banda start catching heat too.

I think Finley will end up being a player either at LB or SS. How you can assess him being not good without seeing meaningful snaps as a true freshman is beyond me.

Just want a heads up on any of these
1. DJ Johnson? Been quiet since the UDub visit. Deejay Dallas recently had a tweet about him questioning his commitment He still a lock?
2. Holloman- Haven't heard anything on his front since the OV. Was his trend towards miami an OV high? UGA thinks he's a lock.
3. Donaldson- Despite the whole UF confidence thing I still think he is a cane, but when is he OVing? He's an EE correct? So wouldn't he OV before January?
4. Henderson/Jobe- Not trying to be negative but it seems we are trending down. I remember Jobe being a Cane for Life type of guy when he committed immediately after offer but I haven't heard anything positive about him in a while even though he is still committed despite being his #2 . Henderson obviously wants to enjoy the process decommitted but it seems landing Bandy didn't help lock him down. What is are shot there?
5. Lingard- Haven't heard any actual recruiting info on him in a while. I saw he said he wanted to commit early, but is he still a cane lean? Obv he still have Crystal Ball but that doesn't mean he is likely a cane in the long run.
6. Devonta Smith- Jimmy D said LSU now leads (he predicted him to be a tiger a believe) we #3 now?

I'm far from jumping ship. Some things need to be fixed though on this team on offense play calling wise. And the oline has to continue to progress. Should be interesting to see how we close.
