Haven’t been engaged very much this year due to work, but after taking a more “casual” approach this season, I think there’s plenty to be positive about at this point in time.

1) I got to watch my team win 10 games for the second time in 20 years.
2) We were nationally relevant in a positive light. Even out here in California, we became a conversation piece, along with…
3) A QB who will likely be sitting in New York in a few weeks. When was the last time we had that happen? Don’t think it ever occurred in my lifetime.
4) I had fun. Didn’t end the way I wanted it to, but plenty of games I can rewatch over the offseason to get pumped for next year.

We’ll be ok, even if we lose some recruits. Like D$ said earlier today, just get me some impact players (and a new defensive staff focused on getting the most out of what we have) and we should be right back in the picture next year. Even before we talk portal acquisition—Fletch/Lyle/Williams (2x)/Jojo/Horton/Carr/Lofton sounds hella exciting. Gotta bank on growth, but KB can coach the young WRs up.

TL;DR: Chill tf out and stop letting emotions override everything else. Position isn’t perfect, but we aren’t trotting out Ragone next year. We’re also still among the best in terms of NIL.

Could be the worst four day stretch this program has had in a while. Crazy how getting exposed with everything on the line does that…
Hardly , Losing to Virginia 58-0 in the last game of the Orange bowl is bad . Having recruiting classes in the late teens and early 20s with low 3 star linebackers and 3rd tier wide receivers is bad . Losing to a 9-3 team in a game where we were in it to the end and losing a 4 star freaking safety isnt top 10 is nothing.

Yeah. This feels worse to me. Last Friday I was hoping for a playoff run and a top ten recruiting class. To lose after going up 21–0 and then start bleeding key recruits is a massive, massive swing in just a few days. Hope we can quickly pull out of this tailspin.
