Why are we even talking about a kid who doesn't seem to be entering the portal?

Yeah, and I was one of those, although my primary focus was what Manny would do about it. I had no problem if Manny made an example out of Bissainthe so that the disrespect would not spread to other recruits, and I had no problem with giving the kid a second chance if he made a sincere and humble apology to the people who mattered (coaches and future teammates).

I know we were too short of linebackers to make a permanent example out of the kid, but he's no "fan favorite" with me. Just being honest.

PS, I'm less sure of why we hired Sabbath Joseph.

💯. He is listed at 6’ and 214. He could be a terrific safety in the NFL. Measurements aside, when you watch him, he doesn’t have that swivel smoothness to his movements. We are still lucky as **** to have him back.

We are screwed at cover corners in 23. Was really hoping to snag Florence to pair with Graves and have next year to learn.

I’ll probs get roasted for this but I’m not giving up on Couch. I think frosh Couch was the real Couch and if he gets his off field stuff together and his mind right, we could get a pleasant surprise there.

Eh. I’m not gonna disagree. But if you want to look at great measureables look at Ivey. Doesn’t mean 💩 if you don’t have the instincts. I’d take 4 Bandys over 4 Iveys. I figured you would give me the business on that take. I just loved what I saw as a frosh from him and if he gets things straight, could help out a really weak unit.

If any DB has no front seven it's easy pickings nowadays. It's why corners look great at Bama then shut in the NFL. U can survive in college if u have a great front seven so those guys haven't helped much. I would take Couch over Ivey or anyone for that matter.
