His tape is good. Probably has more potential than Homer, but Homer looks to have better instincts.

And for all of you saying Homer is slow, you're dead wrong. Kid is hella fast.
Rasul is a track guy, not a great football player. Great straight line speed but not a lot of wiggle or toughness.
