Any chance "The Cloud" is gone after 2014 season?

Golden also talked about a nose tackle coming in too. You know what that means? more bs 3-4 2 gap aka 500 yards a game

I cringe every time he uses the term nose tackle. How can that possibly help? Say defensive tackle.

Anyway, the stadium is the cloud. Little problems come and go. Today's obsession is D'Onofrio and the defensive scheme. A year or two from now it might be something completely different. Meanwhile, the stadium has 25+ seasons of demonstrated subpar home impact. That in itself would be tolerable if it were nearby campus, or in an energized area, or had any threat of warmth. Instead, it strikes out everywhere and somehow we're determined to waste another two decades in that regulatory dump.

Completely agree. For all intents and purposes, UM's run is over until that is addressed, which it never will be. Ergo, we had a nice run.

**** ******* no. The stadium is not the reason this program has sucked for 10 years. Every game wasn't a sellout in 2001.

We've mediocre because of below average coaches.

The "cloud" is the constant negativity by the fans, especially those who reside on internet message boards. Cost us at two, maybe three, 5* recruits this year. Yet we have a fan base/internet posters/twitter users who just never learn. Can't have this kind of negativity and expect Coach G to win. With the amount of negativity being expressed, I wouldn't expect us to do any better then 8-4 this year. Real talk.

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha haaaaaaaaa

its not al golden's fault, its the fans on the message board..

now i've heard it all

You laugh. There are mouth breathers who actually believe we lost recruits because of negative fans. I **** you not. ****, even Golden insinuated as much about "negativity" around the program with regards to fans.

Meanwhile, our offense was ranked 14th last year in offensive efficiency (truly the most important stat besides scoring) and Golden throws his OC under the bus. Our defense was ranked 92nd in defensive efficiency and his DC remains protected. But it's the "cloud's" fault as to why we are where we are right now.

And the mental midgets that continue to back Golden with this proof in their face can go suck a ****.

Wasn't the point. The Orange Bowl was a proven home field advantage above the average. Sun Life has been proven to have not only taken home field advantage away, but oddly it's a detriment to play at home. The data from the Dolphins and Canes prove it.
