Any chance "The Cloud" is gone after 2014 season?

And by cloud I mean Al Golden and his horrific No'Dnofrio. They are the real cloud over our program.

The "cloud" is the constant negativity by the fans, especially those who reside on internet message boards. Cost us at two, maybe three, 5* recruits this year. Yet we have a fan base/internet posters/twitter users who just never learn. Can't have this kind of negativity and expect Coach G to win. With the amount of negativity being expressed, I wouldn't expect us to do any better then 8-4 this year. Real talk.

"The Cloud" is now a self-made bed of doubt that Al and Co. sowed when they **** the bed the second half of the year and let rumors of his love affair with Pedo St. run rampant.

Golden also talked about a nose tackle coming in too. You know what that means? more bs 3-4 2 gap aka 500 yards a game

As DMoney put in on the recruiting board. Our defense is the new "cloud." He said opposing teams are using it against us on the recruiting trail. The defense needs to show major improvement or we'll be losing a lot of recruits again in the 2015 cycle.

Yeah we're the only fan base in the country that lacks perspective when it comes to recruiting.

If we were more level headed like Alabama we'd have a top 2 class every year.

We should send death threats to players on our team when they make mistakes like the Bama fans do. You know, to show them how passionate we are.
 
ESPN mentioned the true first day of the Golden era a few times today. I have no doubt that people in the administration have similar thoughts.

No, Golden's real first year was losing to 1-11 Maryland, 3-9 UVA and four other teams.

Our board caused 2-3 5stars?? Do you really believe that? You greatly overestimate our "board power". LMAO
 
Golden peaked his head out of the Hecht Centre, saw his fat shadow on the ground and predicted 6 more years of The Cloud.

I cringe every time he uses the term nose tackle. How can that possibly help? Say defensive tackle.

Anyway, the stadium is the cloud. Little problems come and go. Today's obsession is D'Onofrio and the defensive scheme. A year or two from now it might be something completely different. Meanwhile, the stadium has 25+ seasons of demonstrated subpar home impact. That in itself would be tolerable if it were nearby campus, or in an energized area, or had any threat of warmth. Instead, it strikes out everywhere and somehow we're determined to waste another two decades in that regulatory dump.

Completely agree. For all intents and purposes, UM's run is over until that is addressed, which it never will be. Ergo, we had a nice run.

ATTN HURRICANE FANS: There is no ******* cloud. There never was. If Schnellenberger was able to build a championship team just a few years after the university publicly pondered shutting the program down, if Butch was able to build the greatest team of all time in the middle and immediately after REAL sanctions, there is no "cloud" that should prevent that from ever happening again save for inept and incapable coaching.
