Can fix the leverage by taking 2-3 inches off that 6'7 frame and sharing with Gore. All of a sudden we added 6'2 Gore, 6'3 Deen and 6'4 Campbell. We byke baby.

Kid grew up in Bartow, which used to be very country (just south of Lakeland), but has been growing a lot over the past 20 years.

Within about an hour of Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, plus a little bit farther to get to Fort Myers.

Between that and coming from Jamaica, I'd say we have a decent shot.
Bartow gave us Lance Leggett and Ray was born there

InsideTheU learned that Louisiana-Monroe transfer defensive lineman Anthony Campbell will check out the Hurricanes this week, he tells InsideTheU. That visit will start on Thursday, according to Campbell. Listed at 6-foot-7, 283-pounder on Pro Football Focus, Campbell played just over 200 snaps as a junior last fall with 71 of those coming lined up as a defensive tackle. That’s the spot that Miami needs to fill. In his opportunities, the Bartow, Florida product was credited with a 74.4 grade against the run and a 69.4 pass rushing grade, per PFF. Campbell also generated 16 pressures and 3.5 tackles for loss last fall. He has two years of eligibility left. Prior to the 2021 season, Campbell’s first with the Warhawks, he spent two seasons at Independence (KS) Community College. He’s also a native of Jamaica and moved to the United States at the age of 14.

He’s Jamaican……..we gotta have the edge based on culture alone

So….. another monroe player. Although he is not from there I know someone who coached at ULM. Supposedly we get this guy.

Again just like with Allen and Richard, this info is not from family but the coach spoke with a certainty from conversation he has had.

Don’t kill me if it’s not true but so far my Monroe info has been 100%

Anyone know if he‘a getting better with age? That frame is the type that often delays development as kids fill out and get used ti their big body. He certainly seems athletic enough.

Thank you for the scoop. What does he think of him as a player?
