Bain is a classic tweener I'm afraid. He's been adamant about playing DE and likely would not entertain the move inside, but he's simply too fat to be an effective DE. Based on last year's results and who's been brought here to play DE since his arrival, it may not be a hot take to suggest that he's been recruited over by Blount, Lowe, etc. Now, if he accepts that he's simply not an EDGE anymore then there's hope because he's needed at DT.
