I was thinking the same thing. Devastating and clean. Probably still gets a flag until they look at it again.
 
What stood out to me was that although the video was in slo-motion, Carter looked and hit like he was moving at regular speed.

Carter is one of those quiet studious guys who plays like a saber tooth tiger. Like Shaq. You win with guys like that.

Great in theory, but I doubt Richt is encouraging him to visit ND before he decides...

Actually, haven't recruits said that's exactly what he does? Tells them to visit other places and be sure about their commitment?
