Amari Daniels is only a take if they expand the spots as Cribby has been alluding to. Way too many big fish at play to lose a spot to a second RB, who is great but similar to Brashard. We also have depth at the position with Knighton and Chaney locked in, and Thad as well.

I don't know if his commitment is/was being held back because of the numbers tightening up. I know he's the 2nd back for Texas A&M prospects because Jimbo is all in on recruiting LJ Johnson as their #1 RB. Johnson is rated the #4 RB and Daniels is rated #6 APB in this 2021 class per 247Sports.

I hope Amari becomes a Cane. I think he would fit in well with the Lashlee offense.

Totally agree, you're not going to get a transfer either. Nobody is leaving someone else's bench to come sit on ours. Get Daniels and let him redshirt if need be. He could still play in 4 games and if we have injuries, then there you go.
