In his own words in the tweet above he is only "coming here for a good time,not a long time".If he was really interested then why would he say this?What chance do we realistically have if he is posting this? The staff told Moses no because he didn't have genuine interest either.It would be huge to land him but according to his own words he is not going to sign here.

If they said no to Moses, doesn't it seem likely that they like what they're hearing from Leatherwood? Either way, what makes people on this board better judges of a kid than the coaching staff that's had several opportunities to talk to the kid? No room in this game for hurt feelings...at least not over a kid who isn't being a ****.

The reason he said he's here for a good time not a long, was Cesar Ruiz the center prospect told him he was bold. For trying to drive down through a potential storm to come to the game not the way you think it means. Also like the poster above it would be an unofficial visit so he'd be paying for everything which would mean he has some type of interest.

An trust me I am in the storm now and for someone to drive from the panhandle to south Florida today or tomorrow they really would have to want to be there. Tomorrow will be clear on the road, but he will have to find a place to stay, since it will be a late game. Most of central Florida will be without power so he will most likely stay in south Florida for the night, especially with a Miami win.

Seriously y'all do this same **** every year getting emotional if a kid says something you don't like. So what he said that? We're not begging anyone to come. But smart coaches go after studs even if there's a remote chance of them coming. Leatherwood and Donaldson would give us bookends for the next three years. You can't pass that up, no matter how much pride you got

I'm all for not handing out free trips to recruits who are playing games or aren't interested. But this isn't an official visit, it's an UNOFFICIAL visit. They can't stop him from paying his own way to come down and see a game, nor should they even try. Whether Miami was his first choice to visit or not, the fact he's coming on his own dime should completely negate any sentiment of disrespect everyone is trying to claim. He's been committed to Alabama forever and is gonna be a tough flip no matter what. The fact he would drive down while a hurricane is hitting the eastern/central coast, says he's at least interested and entertaining the idea of playing at the U.

Also, people really need to work on their reading comprehension because too many people in this forum are completely misinterpreting what the kid said and spinning it into something that it isn't. He hasn't done anything disrespectful to Miami, so there's no reason not to recruit this kid till the end. He's committed to Alabama and openly visiting other schools, and yet Saban ain't stopped recruiting him or told him to kick rocks because he's being disrespectful. Saban da god and you think he don't beg kids to come to Alabama? He didn't hop a plane and come visit Chad Thomas or Ahhmon Richards right before signing day?
 
Bring him down and let him get a suck out from Cuckbo Fisher's wife while he's here. What's to lose? She might even pop out the dentures for him and give him the whole gf experience.
