He's probably if hes a 3-star
Why is this news on a Miami board? Why should I care about who Bama is offering?
Soooooo Saban offers a scholly to a CB right after two priority prospects leave town and this isn’t a Plan B offer? Let me guess? That **** only applies to the Canes?

I think the offer serves 2 purposes:
1) He is a backup plan.
2) It's sending a message to Surtan/Campbell saying, "If you don't commit to us and shut down your recruiting, then your spot will be taken by someone else."
Personally, I think it's more of backup plan. I don't think Campbell or Surtan will be bullied into commiting.
Neither is saying much after their OV's. No news is good news. The only thing that matters is whether they take that OV to UM. I'm not sweating anything til Feb 2.
These 2 have handled their recruitment like pros. I kind of understand why they never set an OV to UM. If they had, then they would be getting pressure from everyone in SF to sign.
Campbell has said he's visiting on Feb 2. Surtan going to the Canes basketball game after his LSU OV is a good sign also. This could wind up being the biggest recruiting get in a decade.
My pitch is come to Miami. Play 2-3 years as a starter before going to the NFL, win a National Championship, and become a legend. You could sign with Georgia or Alabama and could win a NC, but who will care. Come to Miami and you will be remembered forever!!!! You will be the next UM 30 for 30 documentary, "THE U, RETURN OF THE STORM!!!."

You never heard of a guy name Jaylen parks? 4 star DE that signed with Bama on signing day a year ago, but another guy they wanted signed with them too so they told him he would have to take a grey shirt off he wanted to be apart of the program. Moral of the story Bama is going to sign who they want and less talented players will be told to do the same if they get who they want.

Just basically means this guy was kept under wraps by the HS coaches... happens ALL the time. That's what they did with Eddie Jackson! Bought and paid for in advance.
