Very happy to hear that Elder is at corner/returner. Best fit for his frame and athletic skill set.

I think he has the right mentality, too. He played defense in HS, he's confident and he's ultra-competitive. The funny thing is that he is a defense-first player in basketball. That bulldog mindset will translate to football, IMO.

Giant part of being a great corner, having a REAL inner confidence that he seems to carry. Lots of guys fake that but it's not something you can fake.

apparently tennessee wanted him as a cb because they thought with his size he could be a really good cb in sec.
