If he came in at 222, they'd probably want him at 217. It seems to be more about getting guys to buy into the team culture and program.

He's a savant when it comes to rattling off weights. He can hit the most obscure guys on the roster. "Yeah. Huge Dillypinga came in at 135 137. He's 180 183 now. We want him at 184.3."
