Violation for breaking the cardinal rule of heady players.bubba mcDowell and Tremain Mack could block kicks and punts unlinke any we have ever had.
EDIT TO ADD: kinda makes sense they both got into coaching. they were heady players always.
@Caned Peach ....Bro...Where in the name of God have you been??...Lol....Hope all is well....
My fingerprints are on the derailment...This thread is getting very close to being derailed
We’ve had so many great players that it’s difficult to remember every one of them. Most schools have a few guys that were great, we have an extraordinary amount.@CaneTheGaytors Two more guys that don't get enough recognition, that were Lethal ST players (and later AAs) were SeanTay and Winslow...It was SeanTays Block that opened the hole on Hesters opening KO return against the Gators in 2003....Winslow had an Extraordinary game on STs against Nebraska in the NC game.
There are one common denominator with these types of derailments.Holy crap, every thread DOES NOT NEED TO BECOME A REFERENDUM ON THE PAST 40 YEARS

Yes…..it’s exhausting. Let’s live in the now.Holy crap, every thread DOES NOT NEED TO BECOME A REFERENDUM ON THE PAST 40 YEARS
Hard game to watch. Other than that blocked punt I recall how tough Ryan Clement was to even play. He was hurt, injured left shoulder, and had to play because Covington suffered a collapsed lung earlier in week. Clement wore a pad in his left arm pit.Nate Brooks....I was at the game. My 1st away game on the sidelines while Chuck was there...
T-Mac was the “Hester” of blocking kicks….I was close to TMac...nothing like Brooklyndee was...but close nonetheless...
Teams knew all about TMacs propensity for blocking kicks, but to no avail...(see WV in 96)

Was basically a 3-3 game. WVU’s only TD was a 1-yard drive after pick.
Say whatever you wish about Clement, but he was tough as nails that cold night in Morgantown.
T would do all that and be blasted drunk off his ***. I haven't spoke to him in a minute now but I hear he finally got that in check. That's a blessing if he did. Too bad it couldn't happen earlier as his life woulda been hella different if so. So talented t was.@Brooklyndee was close to TMac....if not for an Alcohol problem...Lord only knows what could have been. He's HC at Mt Rainier HS, Washington St.
Stop!T-Mac was the “Hester” of blocking kicks….

I could see that. But I get his question too. Kevin especially has a few points to argue there in that conversation. I'd throw roscoes name in the ring too.Santana is the Greatest "Overall" (All Purpose) Offensive threat in UM History....
Of what? Any particular reason you said that towards me? I'd happily ban myself.@IndayArtHauz just need to start thread banning repeat offenders here.
