Not much of an update.
Chatfield has not been on campus yet this weekend, but could show up on Sunday. He mentioned family plans when he last spoke to AI. Still calling UM the leader.
Videos have come out showing the AH3 having a good time, Ivins says tough to take much if any real info from that or from any sources right now.
Coburn didn't make it to Austin this weekend, Texas coaches still confident.

'19 cb Stevenson does not seem to have been on campus this weekend as expected, but no one is concerned as the focus is on '18 right now.

Tyrique Stevenson was considering making a visit this weekend but did not. Ivins said don't take that as concern though

ivins says Chatfield not coming is not a bad sign, still believe's hes a cane based on a talk ivins had with him Thursday and he didn't come because his family had plans

mentions Coburn did not show up to texas but texas still feels confident

says AH3 eating lunch at smith and wollensky before heading out with pink and the boys, says hard to gather much true info from videos the kids are posting,

-Chatfield never showed. Still thinks UM and can still come tomorrow.

-There’s smoke with Keondre Coburn but not too much. Still going with UT

- AH3 did a photo shoot with the turnover chain as well as uniforms. Going to eat dinner with Richt and party again with Mike Pinckney, Deejay Dallas, Brian Hightower, and Gil Frierson.

If UF gets him, it’s because they sold him on being a an outside backer in that 3-4 defense they’re going to run. That’s not going to work for him...he’s a rush end, he can barely push a 4.9, not linebacker speed

these kids in sfla mostly attack and Diaz fronts attack the better fit in the U, in the 3-4 u have to gain weight and have a mean *** DT if not that **** falls apart.

Yup. The 3-4 is predicated on having a true NT anchoring the d-line. That type of personnel isn't typically found in South Florida (or Florida in general). Which is one of the reasons it never worked here.

This isn’t a bad thing. I see it as Tyson already has a bond with Hightower that hopefully pays off with a commitment in the end.

I don't know. Why wouldn't you want to be with a guy that has been in the program a while and can tell you what it is like vs. hanging with a newbie just like him? Maybe he is just there for a good time. Hope I'm wrong.

Yah I don't like it. Feel like if you wanted to really get a feel for the program and the school, you'd go with the seasoned vet. Hanging with your boy just sounds like it's all about having a good time. Hope I'm overthinking it.

I think he might feel that he clicks with Hightower and he doesn’t need to be convinced by a Vet. He wants to feel comfortable, so let him be comfortable if it helps us cash in. Sometimes new recruits might not click with Vets and might be turned off by them. Maybe he and his boy Hightower are dreaming on how they each can compete against each other and make each other better at practice. Remember they really jelled at the Army All-American game.
