If they were really good fans their boards would realize a premier QB is about to enter their house and there is literally no mention of TVD on their boards.

This is why the Miami loss is so **** frustrating. They are and were fool's gold. And to think there was a poster on here trying to argue me down about how outgaining them in yards and having more first downs than TxA&M was somehow a moral victory. That actually made the loss sting more.

Why do people (media, fans etc) keep referring to offenses like Jimbos and Gattis and Harbaugh etc as “Pro style”. The pros do NOT run that’s stuff anymore lol. There needs to be a new term for 3 yards and a cloud of dust offense…..because the pros do not run 80’s-90’s style “Pro style” anymore.

"Manball" is one term for the put a hat on a hat, be physical, play in a phone booth offense.

Pros run Shotgun and Spread stuff now, I guess "Pro Style" in the college context would be West Coast Offense with heavy terminology and a lot of timing routes and then the new age stuff would be Air Raid-influenced simplified WCO concepts, smaller playbook, adjustment routes, "basketball on grass", more likely to use Tempo over TOP.

Yes lol. Exactly. Pros don’t run that nonsense anymore lol. They haven’t run that stuff for years. And concept of a “Pro style” QB is nonsense too. NFL QB’s are athletes now, mobile, quick, multiplie throwing angles.

Each of those guys has a different philosophy. As much as people like to rip on Gattis' condensed sets, the reality is that it is done in the pros A LOT. Rams, Chiefs, etc all love running their offense out of bunched sets. Problem is that you need a really good QB and skill position guys to do that,
