Interesting hearing him talking about them not taking care of Ebron from kids not following assignments and Gunter's f/u on the TD pass.

I have to imagine that they knew about Ebron and planned accordingly. There were a few breakdowns and mistakes that were easily noticeable. For some reason things improved in the second half.

The good news is there is no TE that we will face as good as Ebron, the bad is we still need to correct the breakdowns and mistakes.

WF has a TE named Spencer Bishop SR. (6'2 240), he has 11 receptions for 184 yards and 1 TD. I am sure they will use him in the offense MORE after watching UNC film. Even though he is about 1/5th the player Ebron is, teams will assume that they can attack our D with their TE. I expect FSU to do the same with O'Leary.

I think that this game has to help our team in some capacity. Hopefully the kids learned what happens when your not doing your job correctly. Correct some issues and we would of rolled UNC. I think this eye opener has us more prepared for Wake. Hopefully we come out ready to annihilate that team.

One thing I have noticed all yr is we make good halftime adjustments. Something we didn't do under previous regimes of late. That is a good sign of good coaching IMO. We limited Ga Tech's rushing attack in the second half and held Ebron in check second half too.

as to second half adjustments, what is your thought on whether these are more difficult to implement because D'Onofrio is upstairs? Would it be easier to implement if he were downstairs?

He comes downstairs at halftime.

no ****! let me rephrase since i did not express myself clearly. would it be easier to make adjustments during the game if D'Onofrio were to be downstairs and that way the D would not have to wait until halftime?

I heard it. Like we didn't already know this, but so long as Al Golden is the CEO of this program, we are going to win and win big.

He has one of those new fangled 2 way communication devices that allows him to talk to the coaches on the sidelines during the game.

we got those now? and who says we aren't up to date on our facilities and equipment?
