Well Canes_ I am glad to see that I am not the only one that noticed how well Cain is looking in that drill. He was a stud at the point of attack, and the dude maybe 34? also has some pop when he hits 'em! That was a good drill! Love the intensity by AG!!!!

LOL at North Dade we did we went undefeated 115 pounds and 140 pounds..at Norland we went to 2nd round playoffs in 94 and 95but lost to American i think..got dam Omar Rolle dropping touchdowns..96 we sucked.

I don't think McCord is much more than speed rusher right now. He's done a good job getting up to 236 lbs, but he still needs to get bigger and stronger.

Most impressive guy in that clip to me was Armbrister.Maccord needs to redshirt and get stronger,seems there's video of him getting whipped just about daily.
