Toral has really improved in his plate discipline. He's a much better hitter now than he was just a couple of months ago.

That is the same thing two scouts said during the FSU series. "He hesitates before every throw, and ends up throwing it away when he realizes that his hesitation might result in the batter being safe."

They say that he has been doing since high school and it will be a serious problem in the "show".
