Why?. Even Lou wonders why but butt plug concurs....He has sucked since the first time I watched him personally in Orlando at the state champeenship game......never improved and not a winner...IMO

Murray can play! This is a team game. He hasn't won all the big games, but it hasn't always been his fault. He takes a lot of heat for nothing IMO.
 
5 TD game and led his team to 2 wins against top 10 teams this season. Yeah I have no clue why they would do such a thing....

ESPN has to suck off all their SEC hero's like they did something beyond impossible by beating another overrated SEC team.
 
Years prior I'd criticize but he's performed well in big games this season so I'm not gonna hate on him let him get his shine

He can't play the other 21 spots on both O and D
 
So you think LSU defense is overrated? LSU has one of the best defenses in the country every single year. Scar, has a decent defense as well with one of the best DE's we've seen in a long time. Scar suffers more from a garbage offense than a bad defense.

South Carolina has the most overrated defense in the country..... everybody on their defense aside from Clowney is a JAG.

LSU's defense is overrated too, nothing special, they will be back to being dominant again but this year they're more hype then substance.

LSUs DB talent will drop because when UM is back which we are pretty close they wont get the kids that we want from SFLA. Also when u have running game like he does it takes pressure off him.
 
Regardless of the the defenses he has played, he put his team in a position to win each game and has played very well in the process. Hard to knock the guy for getting praised. if he was playing scrubs then nobody would be talking about him, its just that georgia opened up with 3 top ten ranked opponents (USCe should not have been anywhere near top 10) so hes been all over espn.

I'm willing to bet LSU defense in a down year is still a top 25 defense.

Is anyone else impressed with the improvement of Mettenberg? I know slightly off topic, but Mettneberg had a monster game as well

I enjoyed hearing Verne call his sexual assault an "unfortunate incident" and then Gary Danielson reiterating it by calling it a "self-inflicted unfortunate incident".

Also them tap dancing around Jeremy Hill's love for oral treats from 14 year olds was fun.
 
Murray has improved quite a bit as a senior. He used to be done when the pocket collapsed, he now makes big plays when the play breaks down. Also, getting more velocity on the football. He's hitting some big throws this year.

Mettenberger is a completely different QB this year.
