At least in terms of defensively, we have a clear vision of what this scheme is and what it needs in terms of the type of athlete we should be recruiting. For example, we prioritize the smaller, more athletic DT over some 320lb slob coming out of high school. Safety is extremely important in this scheme and we are finally landing the blue chippers needed back there. The defense will continue to perform at a level between good-elite, good if we recruit those scheme fits and elite if we start landing those 5 star types that fit as well (Leonard Taylor).
Offensively, it's a little harder to tell with not being able to see Lashlee's offense and how it'll look in Miami. But the idea of loading up on explosive playmakers versus those big, slower possession types should be the theme going forward. OL is a little different story and one that will need to be watched closely to see the exact type this system requires.
