I can say only up to an extent and not too much beyond what I’m sharing. NIL is not the problem, plenty between the collective and LW.

LW has taken on practically all of the new guys and retained majority of the most impactful players on the roster. The collective is doing its part too.

Exactly...they haven't won in years but yet come to SFL and grab a skilled talented WR from Miami...but, but, but Miami has to win.

This notion that Miami has to win is a simplistic answer to what appears to be numerous issues permeating throughout the Football Ship led by Master Captain Mario Cristobal. Whether its coaching hires, poor philosophy as to what type of system you're running on both sides of the ball, terrible gameday coaching leading to blowouts, and maybe, just maybe NIL is not up to snuff, it appears Captain Mario who's a veteran coach is over his head building a team and having success.

Hope that he has the ultimate turnaround come this Fall. The team he has is not perfect by any means but he has enough talent to win 8/9 games. ****, with a couple of breaks, it could be 9/10 wins as the only three teams on paper better are Clempson, Fspoo, and A&M.

I also believe Dawson doesn’t excite anyone wanting to play in his offense, something is definitely off.

Yep. I failed to mention how people was saying he's our Hartline.... Like HOW? lol whatever though. Don't want to keep being "negative". Yeah it seems thay way with Dawson but I actually have hope that he'll be a tremendous improvement over last yrs offense. Well it better be.

While I don’t disagree, that winning will help, your argument holds no water when the kid went to Nebraska. This being said there’s still a long way to go, and I would be surprised if he signs with Nebraska, and even more surprised if he does sign if he lasts more than a year or two before he transfers.

You’re (and others) are focusing on the wrong things. Losing Barney kind of hurts but honestly, that’s not the alarming part of D$’s post. Losing a WR is expected due to the year we had. There’s only so much beard can do imo, to make up for the gattis disaster.

The alarming part is that we have the potential to get fleeced at DL. A position that Mario himself said was a priority and that he’d personally be involved in. We have a potential recruiter stud in JT leading the way and it’s a position of big need. To completely whiff there is about as alarming as it gets and places the importance on this year - a year where 8 wins might not cut it, imo.

I’ve been clear I won’t get nervous until this month is over and i still expect a good class. But it would be delusional to say we aren’t taking a lot of L’s right now with no momentum. More than usual. It’s ok to be honest with the situation without going to the other extreme , slitting your wrists in early July over a few losses. Both can be true.

A lot of L’s? One kid from Palmetto who will transfer from Nebraska next year? The Knight kid from palm beach who was all FSU all along? The only negative from D$’s update for me is regarding Justin Scott. Whale recruiting will ebb and flow. Just ride the wave. Trying to keep sane.

They finally come around and U got your homies from school vouching for U. Come to camp, show out get the GREEN LIGHT. Just to run the price for the HUSKERS. Was it an offer he COULDNT refuse?

Even if you leave Knight off we’ve still missed on multiple guys just the last couple days. The OL and Barney being two , so this go round we’re taking more L’s than last. Regardless we’ll get ours before it’s all said and done
