What I’ve learned from Kiffin fans is that facts r ignored, scenarios r dreamed up, & when pushed in a corner, they’ll turn their attention to yr 1 for Mario here, while somehow excusing yr 1 for Kiffin at Ole Miss due to Covid, while also criticizing Mario for “lucking” into winning The PAC-12 due to Covid?? Weird.
One minute Kiffin is a top 25 recruiter, but he can’t recruit at Ole Miss b/c no one wants to go there. One minute he’s a great X’s & O guy where everyone wants to play in his offense, but for some reason he can’t recruit well enough for players to play in his offense, although he’s a top 25 recruiter?? Oh, & his coaching acumen is tampered b/c he doesn’t have the talent to compete w/ Bama, LSU, & UGA, but apparently he doesn’t have the talent to compete w/ Arkansas (avg. rank 26th since 2020), Miss St (avg. rank 29th since 2020), & Texas Tech either (avg. rank 49th since 2020)???
It’s hard to keep up w/ the bouncing ball. What’s funny is that I’ve never hated Kiffin; I think he’s immature & is overrated, but his fanboys here in our community literally makes me hate him. Not sure who’s worst: Kiffin fan boys, Jay Z fan boys, LBJ fan boys, or Ye fan boys.

And since crossover keeps telling us that you are the sole FAU expert on the board, can you tell me how the first years of Howard Schnellenberger, Carl Pelini, and Charlie Partridge went?
Or how about Lane Kiffin's second year at FAU?

He would be able to attract top talent on offense at qb and skills while playing a wide open explosive offense.....in the most fertile grounds in the country specific to thats type of offense.
Alot of guys around the country would do well here Kiffin is just one of them...we just would never know because we NEVER do a coaching search and just hire Miami Bro going on 20 years.

Yes; LSU leads the Magnolia Bowl 65-41-4 all time. I think u’re misremembering Freeze’s time at Ole Miss. Did he have a couple of good recruiting classes? Yes, but he wasn’t just beasting on the trail like that.
2012: 48th
2013: 8th
2014: 17th

2020: 33rd
2021: 17th
2022: 15th

When Freeze beat #6 LSU in 2013, the starters were mostly composed of the 2009, 2010, & 2011 classes. The 2013 & 2012 classes were rotating, but that 2013 class didn’t become the back bone until the 2014 season.

I mean a test to it it...his 3rd string rb was our best rb this year. Ole Miss has a top 10 offense brah..they arent really hurting there so far. He got his last qb drafted in the 3rd round finishing seventh in the Heisman Trophy voting.
I mean you can be a great recruiter and still dont recruit at the same level of Bam, Lsu, UGA im not sure whats that hinting to or thinking OLE MIss should or will ever be to that level. I mean they bought out a class and STILL wasnt to that level with Freeze...and were buying with Orgeron and same thing.
Not sure if you know but Arkansas did reallyw ell in the portal..just like Ole Miss. Miss State is a **** rivalry game and the two programs are on par regardless...but they lost by 2 in a rivalry game there. TX Tech bad bowl loss.
I dont know about the fan boy stuff i just know he is a better football coach than Mario Cristobal. Doesnt make a fan boy or a less of a um fan to admit that...Yall wasnt afraid to admit who were better than Manny ...what changed?.

There’s literally nothing on Kiffin’s resume that suggest he’s a better coach, unless we’re basing this solely off what he’s done at FAU.

Lane has recruited well at ole miss and is a top 20 recruiter. No one has changed in that. Average his classes at ole miss.

So it took good coaching to beat LSU in 2021, but everything changes in 2022? crossover gonna crossover.
Just an FYI, LSU was horrible last year. It didn't take good coaching to beat them.

His teams are way better offensively, win more games. 85-47 vs 67- 67. He competes against ranked teams better. There is actually alot he does better.

Dirt in recruiting? Yes. But, u still have to coach. Dirt only helps in recruiting, but even w/ all that dirt, he only managed two top 10 recruiting classes. If anything, his off field behavior should’ve been a major distraction.
