Fair enough. We SHOULD all be celebrating.

Maybe you are the unicorn moper, but you know that the rest of the Mope Squad will be getting hard-ons over the bowl game loss soon enough...
I think EVERYONE is happy with this. A true moper would find something negative to say such as like yea we moved up to #5 in the recruiting rankings but still rank #19 by avg recruit score. Thankfully that too will be changing soon. Mario doesn’t stop on the recruiting trail.

Alright I disagree with your assessment but let’s agree to save this debate for a different thread.

We shouldn’t take away from the big news and we should all be celebrating
Saving a debate for a different thread... hmm - novel idea.

Justin Scott's interview on rivals he talked about how we played close games against both #4 FSU and #15 Louisville with all young players and it was clear we're building something and he wants to be a part of it.

How you lose does matter..especially against good teams.
Yup myself and others said before the season it was more important that we were competitive in every single game this year vs actual win total when it came to recruiting. If we won 9 games but were blown out by FSU and TAMU the narrative on Miami would be much more negative IMO.

Pretty obvious, as Scott noted. We are a couple pieces away from being a serious serious serious problem.

Mario Cristobal has done it again on the recruiting trail. This time, flipping Justin Scott from Ohio State to Miami.

The Canes had been in hot pursuit of the five-star DT for some time now, even since his commitment to the Buckeyes back in July. The commitment moves Miami up to the #5 recruiting class in the country. Scott is listed at 6-4, 310 pounds.

This commitment is of extra importance considering the Canes could be set to lose Leonard Taylor to the next level, and Jared Harrison-Hunte is also in the process of making a decision

I can’t scroll all the pages. Who was the first to ask if he could play DT?

Signs in the early period. Now is Mr. Scott an early enrollee. Would be huge to get him here for spring ball
