It's generally -6.5 offshore while Las Vegas is majority -7. Opened as low as -5.

Dangerous game. Miami was rated higher than Illiinois in preseason, but not appreciably. The reference I use had Miami #28 and Illinois #37. That would align with a neutral court spread of Miami -2.

You always hope to draw an upstart stiff in this round, a team that was rated 100th or worse in preseason but managed to spring an upset in the first round. Invariably they can't sustain it, and are flattened. Arizona got to play preseason #133 Harvard today. Best of luck.

At least the Canes didn't have a terrible draw, and face someone in round two who was rated ahead of them in preseason. That's when it really gets dicey. Fans and commentators expect you to be better. As often as not, the opponent looks superior.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your post, but are you comparing us based off of how we were ranked preseason? That doesn't mean anything..

That was the #10 seed. This is the #7 seed. That team was from Indiana. This is one is from Illinois. Nothing alike.

You guys are scared *****. I wish you would stop with bs and fiction to explain the tremendous gaps where a ***** should go. Illinois was a legit preseason team that was exposed during the season. Cut the fake BS and just admit ur scared of success. If they win it is because we played like *****.

Soooooo, you're telling me Illinois plays like UNC but isn't nearly as good?

UNC will be through beating Kansas before our tip-off. Maybe that will muscle up some of y'all's soft-shoulderedness.

We lost to Purdue in 1999 not Indiana. This should be a tough game but if we keep like we have since the 2nd half vs BC we should win.

That's the problem, someone started a game thread in 1999 saying we were playing Purdue, while we were really playing Texas.

Tulsa 2000 Sweet 16

Purdue was 1999 in round 2
