Idk why the board hates 3 stars, give a good coach a 3 Star that works hard, is intelligent and has good but not great Frame/athleticism and he will turn him into a multi year starter.

We have gotten worked by teams with 3 star kids over the past 20 years! Many want overrated pre Madonna south florida brats that play like 2 stars

Ordinarily I'd be more skeptical of 3 stars, but having Highsmith helping with the recruit evals is good. He knows what traits a player needs to have to make it to the NFL.

Yea look at Anez Cooper.

These guys are going to have an absolute monster roster soon with just normal hit rate on the elite recruits they are getting + one 3* surprise impact player per class + one impact portal need filler per year.

Highlights looks interesting, he plays with leverage, but sometimes has a high hat. He moves extremely well for 315lbs in high school, the better part is his hand usage and FBI during the play to find the ball. I like the tape.

Yeah, I was expecting a kid that plays higher and not as fast. Big guy can move. I like him. If we have a spot, I wouldn’t mind him at all. We could do worse. But I definitely wouldn’t drop any of the ones who we’re supposed to be getting to take him tho.
