Rich history of being Jags. To me, all kids are 3 stars until they start playing like 4/5 stars at the college level.

Ordinarily I'd be more skeptical of 3 stars, but having Highsmith helping with the recruit evals is good. He knows what traits a player needs to have to make it to the NFL.
