This is becoming eerily similar to Shannon's third year.

When will they learn down in Coral Gables

I think we've actually won like 13 out of 16. But maybe three or four of those teams are over .500. Many ways to look at it.
 
if he keeps recruiting like he is we will be back very soon. defense problems are on the defensive line and linebackers partially scheme but i think the infusion of talent that comes in will cover that up i hope but go canes
 
Can we get a strength of schedule for his first 22 games vs his last 14? Those stats don't tell the whole story.
 
Look man the guy is a great recruiter and great leader for the program, media wise. He's still mediocre as a gameday coach. I believe in him solely based on the classes he's bringing in that talent will overcome his shortcomings as a gameday coach.. Yea he's 11-3 in his last 14 games.. 4 of the teams are 500 or better.. FAU, GT, UNC,Pitt,. With Pitt 6-6, FAU 6-6, GT, 7-4, UNC 6-5...

Oh yeah. Relying on really good talent to compensate for ****-poor schemes is the ticket.

You can't throw those stats around and expect many to just ignore what the reality is. Reality is that we are not a very good football team. So yes that record looks great, but as I said it doesn't tell the whole story and thats why people are *****ing.

I just can't celebrate moral victories. The expectations for this season was greater than what we achieved. In essence we failed. So celebrating 9 wins, or going 11-3 against one of the worst schedules in Canes history just doesn't sit well with many of us.
 
Lol trying to force feed people smoke and mirrors. Let him win a game we were Clearly supposed to lose before any golden crown comes from me. U know the games where we constantly get blown out of. He gets leeway simply because he recruits well in my opinion. Since Coker and Shannon this has to be the easiest schedule we have played. And when u get slaughtered by Duke.....smh. The cuffs are off now. No more NCAA to blame and all that. He has had 3 straight solid recruiting classes after this one. Get it done or leave. Whether with No D or not. Simple
 
The Golden worshipers will come up w/ anything pathetic and try to spin it as "progress" to support their savior.
