He’s visiting Tennessee this Friday and UGA on Saturday.
The TN visit is surprising. They'll be lucky to go 6-6 this year and are not known for producing NFL TE's.He’s visiting Tennessee this Friday and UGA on Saturday.
They have Jason Witten. Bit of a lodestar. The TN visit is surprising. They'll be lucky to go 6-6 this year and are not known for producing NFL TE's.
Why can't we have both?
Give Manny some time. He'll deal with that, too.Hope for something more realistic , like world hunger ending.
Funny you mention Witten. I saw him play a couple of times in HS. He's from a very small town about 25 miles from where I live in NE TN.They have Jason Witten. Bit of a lodestar.

Morris Stroud was a 6-10 TE for the Chiefs, 1970-74. Not great, caught passes, blocked kicks. He was from Miami, and played at one of the all-black colleges.

And the Gator is not known for producing anyone honest.Tennessee is not know for producing anyone to be honest.
They sure got plenty of $$$. Funny thing is, as long as I've lived up here, you never hear their fans talk about dropping bags. Not really that surprising, they drop real heavy bags and have good recruiters on staff. Last cycle they landed two 5OT. Their top recruiter is TE coach Needledïck, who at one time was a GA here. That being said don’t think he lands there.

I think the fact that he’s not deciding till the season ends helps us here. He’s made it clear he wants to go to a place that utilizes TEs. Dan enos is known for making TEs a big part of the passing game. And we have 2 studs who should ball out. UGA is a ground and pound team and i don’t think they have any TEs on the roster close to Mallory or Jordan.
Fabulous use of a .10 cent word. Lodestar, love it!They have Jason Witten. Bit of a lodestar.
