Just unbelievable, truly it is when Cuko tries and sweeps things like this under the rug. I hope the real Lord takes note of this and karma is a ***** best served cold. Guarantee if his *** was hit by someone doing 115mph and he suffered the same injuries as this poor Mom did he would be on every **** Sportscenter news story. I pray something comes back on his *** for what he’s doing.

Tragic is death, but run with it like you all don't know what he means.

That evil little Dabo, real bad man.

Nobody has indicated or alluded to being paralyzed, but okay.

Sorry, not paralyzed I suppose, I saw spinal injury and made an assumption .

Injuries were described as “horrific”, including including a skull fracture, spinal injury, dislocated shoulder and hip injuries.

So not a tragedy at all, just a few boo-boos because of a guy described as going over 100 miles an hour and then leaving the scene of the accident.

Yeah I guess I got a little carried away there.

Dabo is a standup guy after all. A real Christian man.

I know we have some lawyers and law enforcement officers so please someone enlighten the board into how THEEE FCK is driving 115 mph, hitting a government vehicle, causing severe bodily injury to multiple people, then fleeing the scene a misdemeanor?
Not familiar with this incident or laws in South Carolina, but in Georgia any hit and run with injuries is a felony.

It was not a hit and run. He was charged later and then turned himself in.
Copy that. I just looked into South Carolina’s traffic laws and they don’t have any options for officers to charge offenders with felonies who cause accidents with injuries unless they are DUI or kill the victims (homicide by vehicle). SC decided not to have a need to charge people on gross negligence.
Blame the law makers…Not the officer’s fault because they can only charge people with what laws were broken.

You are right that nobody has stated this woman is paralyzed. But you are wrong to suggest "tragic is death." That is plainly inconsistent with any accepted definition of the word tragic, and it's a sad example of PR spin working. If Dabo keeps saying it's not tragic and only a misdemeanor, I guess some people will ultimately believe this isn't all that big a deal, and lose sight of the fact that a woman who was just doing her job and her family will forever be damaged from this completely avoidable incident. That's really unfortunate.

In Florida, going that fast over the speed limit is wanton disregard for public safety
