No pocket presence.Everyone looks good w/ shorts & t-shirts. It probably helped that Emory was facing a poorly coached defense in a controlled setting. It’s way different when bullets r live.

Exactly. Can’t wait to read how he’s really made a huge leap this offseason.Who can’t carve up our defense?
Can guarantee he’s not lining up game 1 for Miami. He’s not itExactly. Can’t wait to read how he’s really made a huge leap this offseason.
Martinez was unstoppable. Fletcher more stoppable. Lyle fairly stoppable. What makes that stat so much worse is the fact that the running game was unstoppable so you had one on one coverage everywhere.
We saw enough when he played last year,Got sold some mid that was advertised as high grade
Martinez got nicked -up, no?Martinez was unstoppable. Fletcher more stoppable. Lyle fairly stoppable.
I’d watch their actions. They pursued Mateer hard.If you’re D$, there’s two possibilities:
1. The people in the program that give insider information, are spreading lies to you.
2. The staff isn’t lying and actually does believe Emory is the guy.
I’m not sure which one I’d want to be true.
Imagine riding through a season thinking he’s a backup lol. Boy how does one evaluate at our practices ?
He doesn’t have a rocket arm but his touch and anticipation reminds me of Danny Wuerfel. I think it’s pretty obvious who’s the better backup and who’d play if a catastrophe happened.

Great, but why just Mateer? Mendoza, Moss, Mensah all significant upgrades over the horrible play we saw from Emory today. Based on their actions so far, seems they think Mateer was the only significant upgrade available over Emory so far in the portal, which is clearly not the case.I’d watch their actions. They pursued Mateer hard.
That's what most fools on here were saying that Mendoza couldn't beat him out if he cameEvery qb that was in the portal is better than Emory Williams. Shame on you who said he was anything close to what Mendoza is
