People like to hate on Franklin. But he's probably a Top 5 recruiter in all of college football. And seems to have a good eye for identifying recruiters as well.

I hate Penn State as much as anyone and even more the FSU, but not quite as much as the Gators...

Franklin is is one of the best recruiters there is. He is going to have PSU in the top 7-8 to stay.
