National 247 guy Brian Dohn posted Bonsu told him this morning he was announcing Saturday. He mentioned doing it on a livestream or something like that.

A slight change in schedule means four-star Jayden Bonsu will push his commitment back a few days, but he said nothing else changed with his recruitment.

The St. Peter's Prep safety is focused on Michigan State, Ohio State and Miami and he told 247Sports he could announce as early as this weekend.

Bonsu, who is the No. 23 safety in the industry-generated 247Sports Composite, made official visit to each of the three schools.

He was at Miami during the first weekend of June, and followed that with trips to Michigan State and Ohio State. He also visited Miami in late June. The unofficial visit coincided with a camp the Hurricanes were staging.

Bonsu said his decision to move the date of his commitment was not related to the school he was going to chose.
