I don’t even think he’s asking Stroud to kiss his *** but it seems like he’s saying “hey man, you need to recruit me”. If this is really what’s happening then we have a big problem. I may be wrong and Savion could be a diva but he wouldn’t be the first or last we need to recruit.

Some schools recruits their coaches to maintain a Top 10 list every month for their position and have to keep Communication logs to show they spoke with each recruit every day.

So basically you have no idea what we actually do, yet felt the need to post this as some kind of comparison?
 
We lost to Duke, we lost to FIU, we lost to Louisiana Tech, we lost to ......, and the beat goes on. I still don't see how we ended up # 13 in recruiting last year or how we're at # 6 now. If you ask me (and I know nobody did) these kids that stuck with us have been about as loyal as you can get to this point. And the way we played last year, we ain't gettin' nobody elite until we prove something on that thing called a football field. ***** better fix this culture and fix it fast because he has about 9 months before he's unemployed by Miami if he doesn't.
 
IT'S SIMPLE, WIN this season.. Put together a season where the local recruits will be happy to be apart of.. Can't WIN 7 or 8 games and expect them to stay.. In today's recruiting wars, it's about WINNING at that time.. BOTTOM LINE, WIN and the locals will be easier to recruit here..

Bad news no matter what angle. Like we have said and know, kids want to play for winning programs. As far as Stroud, he should be fired for not sucking this big studs dyke every day.

Would love to keep the homegrown trench monsters but writing been on the wall here. We can win 11, kid is just gonna say it was a weak schedule. Which is true. But Manny and staff had no part in making this schedule. Either way I wish the kid all the best.

How often have we heard this, honestly? Simpson seemed to be the only guy in recent years on staff that kept in constant contact with kids. However, as I've stated many times before....and the die hard, blinded fans wanted to discount what I posted, but kids are not feeling this version of Miami b/c of what we are doing on the field and off of it. (I should know since I've been around these little jits)

First off, going back to 2014, keeping Golden for that extra year, I highlighted how it would have a trickle down effect for 5 yrs and explained why. Welp, we doubled down on that effort and practically forced a guy out of retirement to come here. A gift was given, and instead of turning the tide and use this get out of **** free card, we then tripled that effort by giving a 45 minute search and hiring a guy that not only had no head coaching experience, but was one of our worst recruiters! Lol.

This season has to turn around or we're going to be so fcked for the next several years.

I don't think it's about talking everyday, but rather touching bases consistently. We've been hearing way to often that these kids hear from us, but not really. You got to understand, it's not just us reaching out....it's dang near the whole country reaching out. So phone calls, text, DMs, etc. helps distinguish you from the others.

Stroud’s consistency is *****. Period. It’s a “young man recruiting game”, and he’s playing old man chess. Relationships matter on the trail. Can’t be distant and a loser on Saturdays.

We need to win big - and we need to bring it on the trail. We can’t sell a dream forever.

This cat has been trying to dip for a hot minute. His mom is the only reason he is here. He's been trying to sway her for some time about jumping to UF and it seems like she is about to let him.

All these dudes start the same **** when their about to leave. The coaches don't talk to me and show me the love. This dude is a Gator.

when you hear " i gotta do whats best for me"...just assume akid is gone or not coming.

Im cool with it actually...let us know this early so we can put our efforts else where. That Palmetto bunch is ghost...
