Anyone who is playing this off has their head squarely in the sandA place where (idk this to be true) a te will out target him potentially

Yeah well, Cis bro. Hope you have a great dayAnyone who is playing this off has their head squarely in the sand
But again if you’re a recruit you don’t put faith in the dude who is a better coach than even their hc as our oc and Mario to put guys in the right position? Look at the end of the day their handlers are a joke. The bs negative recruiting they’re giving these kids is insane but it is what it is w sflA place where (idk this to be true) a te will out target him potentially
I don’t know what you said to be true by position brother. But again if you’re a recruit you don’t put faith in the dude who is a better coach than even their hc as our oc and Mario to put guys in the right position? Everyone keeps using this same tired excuse so help me understand how Norte Dame is still able to recruit 4 star receivers when their TE lead the team with 71 catches last year? You don’t think the high ranked WR’s who go to ND want to catch passes? Why aren’t they deterred From ND the way all these receivers are supposedly deterred from us.A place where (idk this to be true) a te will out target him potentially
I’m not sure if you even want a response based on this statement. Your mind is made up. I also don’t know what point you’re trying to make. We too have recruited 4 star wideouts. There’s also a difference. That tight end was special. He should have gotten those targets. The offense was not predicated on him, until it was.Everyone keeps using this same tired excuse so help me understand how Norte Dame is still able to recruit 4 star receivers when their TE lead the team with 71 catches last year? Personally, I think the only people who believe this garbage narrative are fans.
A big problem is we keep hearing that our WRs have issues with drops. There's no #1 guy outside. We also hear that the TEs look great, RBs are working on catching out of the backfield and TVD has the best connection with his slot WR. Throw in what we know about the Michigan and Oregon offenses and its not hard to see why so many people want to see a different offense before they'll believe that one actually exists.I know we saw Michigan's offense but everybody seems to have surrendered. Is it possible that our offense will be anything other run, run, hit TE or slot, run, run, throw underneath? I mean at least from the OC's mouth he has said that won't be the case. Do yall know something different?
Another Washington family member getting bamboozled out of Miami.if they go to Louisville it is 100% about NIL money upfront.
Nothing more nothing less.
Not about offense, etc...but money money money
I get your point but you are also comparing Al Golden (shower) to Mario Cristobal with the Teddy B comparison. A group of 5 possibly up and comer with a Power 5 proven winner. Not exactly apples to apples.....Yeah Teddy B would never leave us. James Burgess, a legacy, would never leave us either lulz
I jumped on you but my frustration is with the “Gattis uses TE’s a lot so receivers won’t come to Miami” narrative.. it’s is simply not borne out in fact. Michigan recruited high ranked WR’s with Gattis at OC. ND recruits high ranked WR’s and none of them seem to care about the type of offense? But only the WR’s considering Miami are impacted by Gattis? The guy who just won the award for best OC?I’m not sure if you even want a response based on this statement. Your mind is made up. Which is why I can’t wait for games to start to either see it as the negative recruiting is or to Shut them the F*** up and these recruits can calm down.A place where (idk this to be true) a te will out target him potentially
It’s more like the Bible of recruiting. It was written…I had to check to see if this was the Jurrion ****ey thread with us playing the role of Oregon fans. Just goes to show that "the playbook" doesn't discriminate.
I’m just always playing devils advocate. I know it’s the NIL. However I won’t ever get mad cause it’s the NIL. Cause that would be too close to cutting my nose to spite my face.I jumped on you but my frustration is with the “Gattis uses TE’s a lot so receivers won’t come to Miami” narrative.. it’s is simply not borne out in fact. I think the narrative is nonsense and is being used by UM fans to try and explain why some WR’s aren’t coming to UM.
I will pose a different narrative. NIL. LSU valued Brown higher than we did. Period.
Plus the whole point of recruiting is to add better talent. Adding the talent opens the offense up more. If the TE is getting more touches than you it’s because he is better than you.I know we saw Michigan's offense but everybody seems to have surrendered.
