Will be a BEAST on special teams. Under Charlie Strong and Steele I can see Bobby developing into a very solid college LB maybe even an all conference type player. He has a high ceiling and is not even scratching the surface of his potential yet.
 
I’m glad to see these two shutting down their recruitment and being locked in with us.

Man I still wish Bobby Washington had qualified for us back in 04 I feel like he could’ve been next in line behind the Portis, Davenport, McGahee and Gore etc… Dade legend without a doubt and glad to see his kids are loyal to Miami after the fiasco with him.

I still find myself creating scenarios in my head wondering how different things would’ve been in the mid 2000s leading forward had Butch never left.
 
@Cribby Curious about something. You talked earlier about UL being serious in the NIL game. Before NIL, a whole lot of factors were considered when choosing a school, chief among them being the city, locale, and the campus. I've been to Louisville. It's not the most vibrant place to put it mildly. Do kids even care about that stuff now or is it like 95% NIL and 5% everything else? I am sure this is different for each kid, but curious to get your take. Thanks.

Louisville is a major city.

Do myou see where these kids are going while playing in Tuscaloosa, Gainesville,Tally, ***n Auburn alabama.

Louisville as a city likely sh*ts on most of those so it aint all that bad...getting paid as well

Im not buying the "Bobby wasnt getting love" comment. Not with this staff. Mario wouldnt have it. So maybe Robby was getting calls from the entire staff daily and Bobby was only getting calls from Strong but come on kids..Lets be sensible. Dont get petty on us now. Not this late in the game.. In any event, glad it got worked out.
