Hats off man. Rib-eye is the best cut and itā€™s not debatable.
Aye it was incredibly easy to make. Got a tomahawk ribeye, 3 inches, generous salt and pepper, made a compound butter with Garlic and herbs. Covered it with the butter, 17 minutes in the oven at 500 (5 min per pound), turn off the oven and let sit in the oven for 40 min.

Super easy.

Good man. If you have a good piece of meat, just keep it simple. You donā€™t need to crowd the plate with fancy spices and rubs. Love a tomahawk.
