This is spot on and the reality. Team looks disinterested....taking on the head coach's personality I guess.

Sadly, the so-called leadership are the same ones who made the hiring decision a year ago. So, unless the boosters who influenced the decision decide to cut their losses, there probably isn't any near-term hope for meaningful change.
