That's the dumbest thing I've seen on here. What the **** does that mean? How did they get too ****y? What did they do wrong? What could they have done differently? I'm absolutely-****ing-lost here. Someone help me out. You (and others), make it out as if they stopped recruiting a week ago or 2 weeks ago. You don't think they've been working their asses off to try and land or keep these guys? Jesus ****ing Christ.

Staff has kind of being overly confident in a few situations this year imo from what we have heard since the fall
 
I have tried to be pretty optimistic and supportive of this staff's recruiting. The class is solid overall and I wouldn't ignore that just because of a few guys at the very end.

With that being said, considering our DB situation, it genuinely would be extremely disappointing if we don't at least split Edwards/Henderson. Especially with how obviously UF is trending downward, it would actually be embarrassing to lose both of these kids to the Gators. Not to mention the other kids they already have in their class from south Florida.

Tabor is mostly projected as a 2nd rounder....the draft board will change after the combine...Burns slipped in the first round after showing out......I expect Corns stock to raise after he bust 4.3-4.4 40....It's too early to precisely predict the draft.

This is no such thing as a recruting bump when a program has not won a bowl game in 10 years and the previous staff went .500 and burned all bridges with the recruting base.


All Smart has done at UGa is piggy back off Mark Richts success. If u look at their commitment list a ton of the top players are from GA and are players Richt would have most likely signed becuase unlike SoFl prospects those kids take pride in playing for their "home town" team.

these people just have been nutured by golden and Shannon. they have no balls left. they don't understand recruiting obviously or the need of this staff to keep building realtionships in south florida.

there is a lot of stuff they have to fix that golden and Shannon ruined, realationships with schools that golden and Shannon pretty much destroyed, nto to mention even if we miss on guys listed above this class is one of the best in last 8 yrs. that's how bad it has gotten at Miami plus richt has 8 top 10 classes in last 10 yrs. only saban, meyer and les miles had as many or more.

They had one of the top defenses in the country. Only reason they didn't go 0-12
 
**** man, I wasn't too worried about McFarland cuz I thought Edwards and Henderson were bigger needs and that they were coming. Now it's all gone to ****. If we miss on all 3 that's a big fail tbh. The class is still really good, but you have to expect more from a Miami recruiting class.

. They missed on almost every elite kid we went after .Good news after about two more years of bs we will not have to go far to hire a coach . Richt conservative plays cost us game this year

Just stop. He even admitted he was being too conservative and look what happened after he did that...we whooped everyone. We have a solid class and it will only get better.

Exactly. GFOH with slurping him over that failed class. Radio spent all his time eating chicken nuggets in the cafeteria at Northwestern that year. The idiot would occasionally get bored and cross briefly into Broward County and would get lost and turn around before he even hit Hollywood Blvd.

I like this class for Miami. We got some dogs. Bandy is a top dog and the Oline recruiting is under appreciated.

if they were confident they wouldn't be recruiting till the last minute. they never stopped recruiting edwards (went in home with him after his OV right before UF), went in home w hillery, went to Thomas multiple times, and currently still recruiting. it may have been us fans taking these updates as locks that got too ****y but the staff didnt stop recruiting a single person.

Not saying that but I hate things and hashtags like #watchthefinish if it doesn't come to fruition. Only sets up for a disappointment. Hopefully we close well man.
 
I will say this, this will be a solid but a disappointing class if the staff fails to land Henderson. You can't keep missing on elite kids like McFarland, Smith, Juedy, and Henderson and expect to compete for national championships.
