Becks decent but basically a straight line runner type which means he’s more of a statue. But it’s better than nothing. He won’t flat out win you games on his own.

he didnt have elite players on offense this year. I think his wr's lead the country in drops, barely had a run game, and bobo is just not great.

Beck with no weapons this year equates to our 3rd best qb in the last 20 years. Beck with all of the weapons last year equates to our 2nd best qb in the last 20 years. I don’t understand why so many would be opposed. I mean compared to Mateer? **** yeah, I’d oppose. But to the likes of anyone else available this year? Nah I’ll take a HEALTHY Beck. Can you do me a favor and guarantee his health though? That’s the only wrench in all of our speculation. I do hope all this noise on this board is more than speculation.

He’s also played in a ton of big games and competed at the highest level.
