If anyone is looking to see what the latest roster is I'll try to keep a running tab of Who the team currently consists of and who are the main targets all in one centralized location. Tag me I guess to update OP if any new guys should be added, or anything should be changed:

Canes: 15 Roster Limit, now have 5:
- Malik Reneau. 6'8" Power Forward, Transfer from Indiana. 1-Yr Eligibility.
- Tre Donaldson. 6'3" Guard, Transfer from Michigan. 1-Yr Eligibility.
- Ernest Udeh Jr. 6'11" Center, Transfer from TCU/Kansas. 1-Yr Eligibility.
- Tru Washington. 6'4" Guard, Transfer from New Mexico. 3-Yr Eligibility.
- Dante Allen. 6'4" Guard, 2025 Recruit. Ranked 64th in 247Composite.

Likely to be a Cane:
- Chris Bell. 6'7" Forward, Transfer from Syracuse. 1-Yr Eligibility.
- Marcus Allen. 6'6" Forward, Transfer from Missouri.

In Serious Contention for:
- Unknown Player from Greece Pete hinted at.
- Harun Zrno. 6'7" Forward, 2025 Recruit. (Likely between us or Villanova). From Bosnia.
- Rakease Passmore. 6'5" Guard, Transfer from Kansas. 3-Yr Eligibility, 2024 Top 50 Recruit. OV to Miami 4/15.
- Rylan Griffin. 6'6" Guard, Transfer from Kansas and Formerly Alabama. 1-Yr Eligibility. Started on Bamas Final 4 team in '23.
- Kennard Davis Jr. 6'5" Forward, Transfer from Southern Illinois. 2-Yr Eligibility


Other Targets:
- Bryce Lindsay. 6'3" Guard, Transfer from James Madison. 3-Yr Eligibility.
- Rodney Rice. 6'4" Guard, Transfer from Maryland.
- Jasai Miles. 6'6" Guard, Transfer from N. Florida. 2-Yr Eligibility. From Miami.
- Zarique Nutter. 6'7" Forward, Transfer from Georgia St. 1-Yr Eligibility.
- Markhi Strickland. 6'8" Forward, Transfer from W. Michigan. 1-Yr Eligibility. From Miami.
- Adante' Holiman. 6'0" Guard, Transfer from Georgia Southern. 1-Yr Eligibility.

Unlikely:
- One of the Boozer Twins.
- Shelton Henderson. 6'6" Forward, Currently at Duke. (Unlikely to leave/Follow Coach Lucas here)
- RJ Luis. 6'7" Guard, Transfer from St. Johns. (Likely to Return)

Unlikely:
- Silas Demary Jr. 6'5" Guard, Transfer from UGA. (Received Crystal Ball to UConn)
- Jaland Lowe. 6'3" Guard, Transfer from Pitt. (Probably unlikely after Tre Donaldson addition)
- Shelton Henderson. 6'6" Forward, Currently at Duke. (Unlikely to leave/Follow Coach Lucas here)
- RJ Luis. 6'7" Guard, Transfer from St. Johns. (Likely to Return)

Don't think signing/committing matters at all at this point. Enrollment dates are all that are relevant now I'd think. And right now Spring ends May 7th, Summer sessions begin May 14th and last day to Register for Summer A is May 14th, Summer C/D is May 16th, and Summer B is June 20th.

Bit surprising given the local ties but clearly means we are after quite a few players and he didn't see a path forward as far as playing time

Yep, they have to enroll to be at practice and weight room sessions

I don't think the roster will be completed until May. We still have to wait to see who goes through the Draft process and decides to return to school.
Plus, there could be more coaching changes.
Which I am fine with.
There is no rush.

I think May would be ideal but that would be an early timeline. Will probably carry well into the summer. More than likely into July and possibly August.
