2025 Season Tickets 🎟️ Renewal Date 📅 of Feb 1st

After watching Emory’s catastrophic performance in the second half and the defense’s absolute ineptitude in giving up 42 points again for the second straight game, I don’t see how UM would expect any season ticket holders to renew their seats for next year without significant changes! If, at a minimum, we don’t get a respectable portal QB to be our starter and if we don’t have a new DC in place of Guidry, then there’s no way in **** that I’ll renew my season tickets and waste my time every weekend for a team that would likely win 3-5 games max next year without significant changes with our tough schedule. UM is on the clock! If we don’t get a good portal QB and if we don’t make drastic changes on defense then Mario will be a dead man walking next year. Cam covered up so many flaws with this team and with the coaching staff. We just won 10 games and it feels like a repeat of 2017. 1-3 end vs 0-3 end with the one win being vs a weak WF team that we struggled with until 8 minutes were left in the game. I expected to keep my season tickets for a long time when I got them for the 2024 season but I may be “one and done” if I don’t see big time improvements to the team by the 2/1 renewal date.

Fellow season ticket holders, what are your thoughts/plans on what you need to see to renew your tickets by the 2/1 renewal date??

I wouldn't renew if I find out Mark Fletcher is our starting rb next year, either.

Can’t believe the caveman didn’t immediately lockup Mendoza once Mateer was gone. Now there’s no one available even near Mendoza’s level and we’re left praying that someone good enters the portal and that they’ll have interest in playing for us and if we can even be competitive with the $ if that option arises

One of the few things Mario has shown is a willingness to upgrade anywhere he can.

I don’t know why you’d cut out with the slate as it is in ‘25 after sitting through ‘24.
Probably the best it’s been in years, and 8 games.

We will get a portal QB.
Who knows, we may get lucky with a “cast-off” like McCord.

As far as the defense goes, I think it’s 50/50 Guidry is here.
At least we have some talent coming in on the back end.

To answer your question. I’m not going anywhere.

Agree, he’s a solid #2 but he’s not a #1. You saw the dropoff between he and Martinez and I don’t think that Lyle is ready to be a #1 either yet. It’s clear that we need a lead 1k rusher type back along with a top QB and likely another WR and a TE.

I already renewed.

my suggestion if you haven't - dont do it yet. make them sweat it out till 2/1. when/if you renew, call them and negotiate. they wont be getting a ton of renewals after the bowl scam they pulled off with the ticket distribution (dont let you pick sections, didnt tell you the pricing, charged you automatically based on whatever they gave you (they gave a range from 75+)).

the entire AD is a scam and completely useless. its been this way since before rad and it has gotten even shadier since rad took over as AD.

Canes Connection lost $350 a month from me last night and I’m going to have a 2 month old when the season kicks off next year so I’m letting the season tickets go too.

I would have reconsidered if they actually acted like the defense was this bad and went after a few LBs and more than 1 safety. Too late now. Don’t think I’ll ever waste another penny regardless of what happens in the future.

Miami went all in on Mateer but he chose Oklahoma. They passed on Fernando which might have been a mistake but I don’t think Miami is done trying to get a better QB. It’s all academic anyway. Nickel gone take the job.

Nickel is a true freshman and we don’t even know if he’ll be good/ready at the college level yet. And I think it would be a horrible idea to start an unproven true freshman vs ND’s top defense in game #1 next year. Can’t bank on Nickel yet. Don’t know what we have at the P4 college level. Nickel should be no higher than QB 2/3 next year.

There are 8 home games...you left out Stanford. I agree the schedule and # of games is enticing, but watching the **** shows against Syracuse and Iowa St is just a foreshadowing of next season unless we can get a stud QB in the portal and Guidry is fired and replaced with a competent DC. I'm not wasting good money until I see what they do to fix these 2 glaring issues

I didn’t know they did that for the Pop Bowl.
Last year I paid for tickets to the Delta Sky Suite and wound up sitting in a “premium section” outside.
If you know the football field layout in Yankee Stadium, you know there is no premium section.
